Mr. Cao Guifa
Mr. Cao Guifa, 54, has served as a member of Shigo Asia AG’s Supervisory Board and as Non-Executive Chairman of Blanket Holdings Limited since 2007. From 1979 to 1993 he served as a research fellow and then doctoral supervisor at the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), China’s leading research and development center focused on science and technology.  In 1989, he was named a “Top Ten Young Scientist” and was awarded the special allowance of the State Council in 1992.   Mr. Cao has served as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Minnesota. From1988 to 1995, Mr. Cao advised the World Bank on a range of Chinese development efforts. He led the Chinese Academy of Science’s commercial endeavors as General Manager.
 
Mr. Cao also serves as Chairman of Wit Invest Ltd and Chairman of publicly-traded Chinashoto PLC’s Board of Directors.
 
Mr. Qian Chunsheng
Mr. Qian Chunsheng, 44, serves as a Supervisory Board member of Shigo Asia AG, as Director of Blanket Holdings Limited, and as Chief Executive Officer of the company’s operating subsidiaries.
 
An engineer by training, Mr. Qian has been working in the textile industry since 1982 and has held a range of leadership positions throughout China.  Since 1999, Mr. Qian has served as the Chairman of Xinguang Blanket Co., Ltd, now a subsidiary of Shigo Asia AG.
 
Mr. Chen Xibin
Mr. Chen Xibin, 50, Executive Director and Managing Director, of Blanket Holdings Limited, is a graduate of Dalian Light Industrial Institute, where he earned his degree in textile engineering. Mr. Chen has 26 years of experience in blanket manufacturing and management. He was Chief Engineer and Vice Factory Manager of Canton Maoming Woolen Mill and Zhejiang Jin Huada Woolen Mill. In July 2000, he served as the vice general manager of Xinguang Blanket Co., Ltd and the general manager in 2002. At present, he is the General Manager of Blanket Holdings Limited, Director and General Manager of Xinguang Blanket Co., Ltd.
 
Mr. Zhang Jingxin
Mr. Zhang Jingxin, 44, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, has twenty years of experience in finance and accounting. From 2001-2006, he served as Vice Chairman, Vice General Manager and Chief Accountant of Shandong Xinguang Stock Co., Mr. Zhang currently serves as a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Blanket Holdings Limited, and director of Xinguang Blanket.
 
Mr Bai Gang, aged 40, Non-Executive Director
Mr Bai earned a Master’s Degree in Economic and Financial Administration is a qualified bond trader with the Shanghai Stock Exchange. He has fifteen years of operating and management experiences in the banking and securities industry. He previously served as the General Manager China Construction Bank, Nanjing Branch, Nanjing Headquarters and Shanghai Headquarters of ECITIC.  He serves as a Director of Blanket Holdings Limited.
